I. Overview

I accept returns. However, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for: 

• Custom or personalised orders 
• Gift cards 
• Digital downloads 
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) 

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt, money transfer confirmation etc.). You have 14 days since receiving a product to inform me about the return. To do this, please send an email to letki@gosialetki.com. Returns without notice in advance will not be accepted. After writing the email, you have 14 days to send back the product. 

II. Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

III. Exchanges (if applicable) 

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at letki@gosialetki.com. 

IV. Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
